“Enabling international trade and investment”
“Building capacity for the private sector in developing countries”
Make Trade, former Chamber Trade Sweden, is an international platform and non-profit organisation founded by the chambers of commerce in Sweden to enable business to expand internationally and make better use of both local and global chamber and business networks. We focus especially on collaboration with local organisations and networks in emerging markets and developing countries.
We are currently involved in several projects throughout Sub Saharan Africa, Iraq, Pakistan and Indonesia, collaborating and building the capacity of local chambers and business networks. We have a special focus on industry and manufacturing, green technology, agribusiness and lifestyle products. Some of our most successful partnerships are with women entrepreneurs and women business networks, which are a key driving force behind the growth needed in the private sector.
We want to engage companies, organisations and individuals in our projects as well as to share the networks, knowledge and possibilities that comes out of our cooperation with local partners. Contact Charlotte Kalin CEO, Make Trade, for more information on how to get involved and contribute.
Join our challenge – rewarding both for your business and the private sector in developing countries! Charlotte Kalin, CEO of Make Trade.
